Sr. AI ML Engineer

Job Description

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI and NLP technologies. You will consult with clients to understand their needs, develop cutting-edge AI solutions, and lead projects involving state-of-the-art models like GPT-3/4. Your expertise will contribute to research and development in areas such as semantic search and self-supervised learning, and you will be actively involved in sharing knowledge within the AI community through conferences, hackathons, and publications.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in AI/NLP research and development
  

• Experience working with transformers, GPT-3/4, Cohere, Anthropic, and other LLMs
  
• Award-winning track record at global hackathons and AI events
  
• Demonstrated solution development utilizing leading AI platforms
  
• Knowledge of semantic search, NLP embeddings, and neural networks
  
• Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch
  
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring aptitude
  
• Graduate degree in CS, AI, statistics, or a related field
  
• Passionate about advancing AI/NLP technology

Roles and Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their business needs and develop AI/NLP solutions
  

• Research and prototype state-of-the-art AI/NLP models and techniques
  
• Fine-tune and prompt large language models like GPT-3/4, Cohere, Anthropic, etc. for custom solutions
  
• Design and develop semantic search engines powered by NLP embeddings
  
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Apache Superset, Tableau, etc.
  
• Contribute ideas and solutions at hackathons and industry events
  
• Publish research papers and present work at AI conferences and summits
  
• Mentor and share knowledge with junior team members
  
• Fine-tuning large existing models across modalities (GPT-3, Codex, DALL-E)
  
• Supervised training of models on custom datasets
  
• Research into unsupervised and self-supervised learning
